Individual coaching
The individual sessions are tailored to meet your unique needs. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, self-doubt, relationship issues, or other challenges. A variety of evidence-based approaches to help you work through challenges and reach your full potential are used. As a coach, I believe in creating a safe, trusting environment where you can explore your inner world. Enabling to (re)connect with your intuition, gain trust in your own abilities, establish the clarity you need to create the life you truly want, and to harness your own strengths in the process. Through attentive listening, a deepened connection with trust is enabled. A holistic combination of used practices is intended to foster your personal transformation with compassion.
Whether you are looking to make a career change, difficult life choices, or want to improve your relationships, HEAL coaching can help you gain the necessary self-belief to focus, and take the next step in the direction you want to go. Meditation class
I offer breathing exercises and meditation practices if you are curious to learn about meditation and mindfulness (separately or integrated in your healing journey). When scheduling a session, please indicate what you want to learn about. During the session, I am going to guide you through some mindfulness practices, visualizations and breathing exercises. Together we will find a suitable combination of styles for you.
Are you inexperienced and simply want to try it out? Just let me know when you schedule your session. Are you already (somewhat) experienced, but find it difficult to stay in meditation? Or to be consistent with your practice? I am happy to coach you in this regard to find a more compassionate way to better integrate your practice into your everyday life.
